Hi I'm Jenn B
Slower-Paced Pilates was something I struggled to find on my own wellness journey
This inspired me to become a certified Pilates instructor and pursue a certification in pelvic, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercises
Through my training, I became stronger, more flexible, and significantly more mobile
And now, I would be honored to support you on your wellness journey too

Pilates
We Breathe, Lengthen, Rotate, Flex, and Stabilize as we move through various Pilates exercises designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone.

Each class is 90 minutes...a 60ish minute workout followed by 30 minutes dedicated to your Questions...what you felt, what you didn't feel, what you weren't sure of, how to get into that position that just didn't make any sense to you. We'll cover it all!

Core Activation
Corrective exercises challenge your deepest core, engaging body parts you didn't know you had to improve your foundation for movement and relaxation!
